We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our Corporate Applications team and play a key role in supporting projects and business improvement initiatives across People & Culture, Finance and other corporate platforms.This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working closely with stakeholders, solving problems, improving processes and delivering meaningful technology solutions.
Whether you're an experienced Business Analyst or looking to take the next step in your career, we're keen to hear from candidates who bring curiosity, enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.What You'll Be DoingPartnering with business and technology stakeholders to understand business needs and objectives.Gathering, analysing and documenting business requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.Facilitating workshops, meetings and requirement discussions.Mapping current and future state processes and identifying opportunities for improvement.Supporting solution design, testing, user acceptance activities and business readiness.Managing requirement traceability, risks, issues and dependencies throughout delivery.Contributing to training, communications and adoption activities to ensure successful outcomes.What You'll Bring Essential Skills & ExperienceStrong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomesExcellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships across a wide range of stakeholdersStrong stakeholder management and influencing capabilitiesA proactive mindset and motivation to explore AI, automation and recent technologies to improve ways of working and business outcomesEnthusiasm, curiosity and a genuine willingness to learn and growExperience gathering and documenting business requirements,
