This role partners closely with leaders, team members, and the broader P&C; team to provide timely and practical advice, contribute to strategic initiatives, and ensure operational excellence.
With a diverse and dynamic portfolio, the Advisor supports both day-to-day operations and longer-term projects, including policy development, performance management, engagement programs, and change initiatives.
The role is suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, builds trusted relationships, and brings a compassionate, solutions-focused mindset to their work.Key responsibilities include:Provide timely and accurate advice to leaders and team members on P&C; policies, procedures, and employment legislationDevelop and enhance policies, practices,



and processes aligned with organisational and legislative requirements, with a focus on automation, integration, and effectivenessPartner with allocated work areas to develop and implement People Plans tailored to their needs, addressing challenges and opportunities across relevant P&C; domainsGuide leaders and update procedures regarding team member lifecycle mattersAssist with team member relations matters, including performance management, grievances and disciplinary processesContribute to organisational change initiatives by providing P&C; expertise and supporting leaders through transitionsBuild trusted and authentic relationships with leaders and team members across the organisationSupport delivery of P&C; cyclical activities, including Talent Reviews and EngagementOwn People policies and SOPs end to end, including tracking, updates, reviews, publication, and acting as a key contact for queriesUse P&C; data and analytics to inform decision-making, identify trends, and support continuous improvementProvide support and mentorship to the P&C; Coordinator and other team members as requiredSupport the P&C; team and leaders with invoicing and other ad hoc requests as requiredDesired Skills & ExperienceWe look for people who have what it takes to make an impact; who can challenge us to go further while pushing themselves to deliver exciting & ambitious results.To make sure we're setting new starters up for success,



we ask that you meet a few criteria relevant to the role to be considered for this opportunity:Sound knowledge of Australian employment legislation and P&C; best practicesTertiary qualifications or certifications in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline would be advantageousUnderstanding of change management principlesHigh attention to detail and confidentialityUnderstanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion principles and their application in the workplaceDemonstrated experience in a P&C; generalist roleExperience handling employee relations cases end to end, or with guidanceProven ability to provide advice and support across the team member lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and team member relationsFamiliarity with working in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentStrong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to respectfully and constructively challenge leadersFamiliarity with invoice processing and system entryH&H; Group believes in the benefits of a diverse & inclusive workplace & aims to reflect the varied cultures within which we exist.
