Harnest, part of the Mazzei Group, is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead delivery of our new Regional Housing Fund (RHF) Wodonga Project – a $16 million medium-density community comprising 41 new homes.This is an prospect to take ownership of a socially impactful regional project, managing every on-site element from early civil works through to final handover.What You'll DoOversee construction delivery of a 41-home medium-density community under an AS D&C; Government ContractManage civil interfaces, services coordination, and staging within an existing brownfield residential siteDrive program, budget, and quality outcomes in line with social-procurement and compliance standardsLead and mentor site teams and subcontractors to maintain safety, quality, and teamwork on-siteConduct daily site coordination meetings, inspections, inductions, and reportingCollaborate with Project Managers, consultants, and client representatives to ensure smooth communication and milestone deliveryWhat You'll Bring5–10+ years' experience delivering multi-unit residential, townhouse, or community housing projectsProven ability to manage regional or live-environment sites with multiple stakeholdersStrong grasp of BCA, Australian Standards, OH&S;,
