As demand continues to grow, they're looking for an experienced Technical Service Engineer to join the team.
This is a hands on, customer facing role where no two weeks look the same.
The role
You'll be responsible for installing, commissioning, servicing and troubleshooting a wide range of food processing and packaging equipment across Australia and New Zealand.
One week you might be commissioning a recent production line.
The next you'll be diagnosing faults, carrying out preventative maintenance or supporting customers with technical issues.
You'll work closely with project engineers, service coordinators, customers and international equipment suppliers to deliver first class technical support from installation through to ongoing service.
What you'll be doing
Installing and commissioning new food processing and packaging machineryFault finding across mechanical,



electrical and software based equipmentCarrying out preventative maintenance, servicing and machine refurbishmentsProviding technical support both remotely and on customer sitesTraining customers on equipment operation and maintenanceSupporting equipment demonstrations and factory trialsWorking alongside project and sales teams to deliver outstanding customer outcomesTravelling across Australia and New Zealand, with occasional overseas training opportunities
What we're looking for
5+ years' experience in a field service or technical engineering roleStrong mechanical and electrical fault finding skillsExperience servicing industrial machinery within food processing, packaging or manufacturing environmentsSomeone who enjoys dealing directly with customers and building long term relationshipsAbility to work independently while managing multiple prioritiesTrade qualification or engineering background will be highly regarded
