We are seeking an experienced skilled who can combine marketing, business development, referral relationship management, reporting and strategic execution.Business DevelopmentBuild referral relationships with accountants, financial planners, and other professionalsCoordinate networking events and seminarsDevelop referral programsSupport lawyers with business developmentCoach Lawyers on business development activity and help grow LinkedIn presence and thought leadership (articles, posts, webinars)Marketing & CampaignsDeliver the annual marketing strategyManage digital campaigns including Google Ads, LinkedIn & WebsiteCoordinate content, newsletters and thought leadershipManage podcasts, webinars and education eventsReporting & AnalyticsImplement source trackingProduce monthly Director reportsTrack conversion rates and ROIMaintain dashboards and CRM dataSet up simple client feedback processes (e.g. short surveys/NPS)



and use the results to improve service and marketingShould be comfortable working with practice management/CRM systems and pulling useful data for dashboards, attribution and conversion reportingContent & BrandManage brand consistencyCoordinate SEO and website contentSupport PR and media opportunitiesCoordinate submissions for professional directories and awards (e.g. Doyles Guide, Best Lawyers, Client Choice Awards) and help promote nominations/listingsCandidate RequirementsEssential QualificationsBachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, Public Relations or related disciplineMinimum 5 years' experience in marketing and/or business development, ideally in a professional services environment (law, accounting, financial advice)Strong evidentiary relationship building capabilityExperience producing business reports and KPIsExperience with meeting KPI'sExcellent written and verbal communication skillsBe careful - Don't provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.
