Depending on your skills and experience, you'll work across multiple areas of the manufacturing process while continuing to develop new capabilities.Specialist vehicle manufacturing combines more than 40 different trade disciplines.
We're not looking for someone who knows everything—we're looking for great people who can contribute their skills while continuing to learn and grow with our team.We're open to experienced tradespeople, skilled technicians, apprentices and motivated individuals with the right attitude who are eager to learn.Your ResponsibilitiesDepending on your skills, experience and interests, you may be involved in one or more of the following areas:Custom vehicle fit-outs and final assemblyCampervan, motorhome and commercial vehicle conversionsCabinet making and furniture installationTimber,



laminate and specialist flooring installationMIG and TIG weldingMetal fabrication and sheet metal workFibreglass and composite fabrication and repairs12V and 240V electrical installationsPlumbing and water systemsAutomotive accessories and vehicle upgradesCNC machining and manufacturingUpholstery and interior trimmingCAD drafting, design and technical drawing interpretationPreparing workshop drawings and manufacturing documentationVehicle inspections, testing and quality controlCustomer consultations and technical sales supportInstalling windows, ventilation, awnings and vehicle accessoriesDiagnosing and solving manufacturing challengesMaintaining exceptional quality standards throughout every buildWorking closely with our production team to continually improve our products, systems and manufacturing processesAbout YouWe're building a team of people who are passionate about creating exceptional vehicles and continually improving their skills.You don't need experience in every area below.
