About the OpportunityWe're looking for an experienced HSEQ professional who is passionate about creating safer workplaces and protecting our environment.
In this role, you'll collaborate with teams across our national operations to implement effective HSEQ management systems and drive continuous improvement initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain HSEQ policies, procedures, and work instructionsConduct risk assessments and incident investigationsDeliver training programs and safety briefings to staff at all levelsMonitor compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standardsSupport internal and external auditsPrepare reports and present HSEQ performance metrics to managementCollaborate with operational teams to identify improvement opportunitiesWhat We're Looking ForRelevant tertiary qualification in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or related fieldMinimum 3 years experience in HSEQ advisory roles, preferably in waste management or industrial operationsStrong knowledge of WHS legislation, environmental regulations,
