We work with government agencies, rail operators, utilities, councils and major infrastructure clients, delivering safe, reliable and high-quality outcomes.As our business continues to expand, we're looking for an experienced Contract Manager to play a key role in delivering our existing contracts while supporting future growth.About the RoleReporting to the Operations Manager, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day management of multiple vegetation management contracts across Sydney.You'll ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and profitably while building robust relationships with clients and leading our operational teams.Key ResponsibilitiesManage multiple vegetation management contracts from planning through to completionLead supervisors, crews and subcontractors to deliver high-quality outcomesBuild and maintain strong client relationshipsManage contract budgets, forecasts and profitabilityMonitor KPIs, productivity and contract performanceCoordinate labour, plant,
