Working under general direction, you will deliver operational support across stakeholder relationship management, sector monitoring, and executive communications.
You will serve as a key touchpoint for industry bodies, delivery partners, and peak organisations, ensuring our strategic engagement plan is executed seamlessly.Key Responsibilities:Serve as a primary operational contact for key industry bodies, peak organisations, and delivery partners, ensuring engagement activities are accurately logged and aligned with strategic prioritiesCoordinate the operational and logistical delivery of industry forums, executive roundtables, and policy briefings, including input collation and follow-up trackingTrack policy, economic, and legislative developments across the public and corporate landscape, drafting concise background briefings and intelligence updates for leadershipDraft high-quality written briefings, background notes, talking points,



and routine correspondence to support senior management engagementsKey Requirements:5-7 years' experience in external affairs, stakeholder engagement, public policy, or corporate communications (preferably within public sector or industry peak body environments)Demonstrated capability in drafting explicit, well-structured briefings, executive correspondence, and external communications under tight timeframesAbility to work in a fast paced environment and work autonomouslyStrong understanding of the broader Australian public policy, financial, or regulatory environment.Excellent time-management and coordination skills with high attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities concurrentlyRelevant tertiary qualification in public relations, communications, public policy, or equivalent practical experienceAt Randstad, we are passionate about providing equal employment opportunities and embracing diversity to the benefit of all.
