Our client on the Gold Coast seeks a Building Manager for a luxury residential development of ~300 apartments.
You'll own day-to-day operations, manage a full maintenance and cleaning team, and work closely with concierge and back-office support.This is a hands-on, fully accountable role with significant budget responsibility and a genuine growth path.
Salary up to AU$130,000 + Super, with free in office parking and subsidised lunch.
