With a forward‐looking mindset, our client is investing in new opportunities, expanding into new markets, and strengthening its position for long‐term success.We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Night Shift Supervisor to lead our production team and ensure protected, efficient, and high-quality manufacturing operations during the night shift.About the roleReporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating all night shift production activities, ensuring production targets, quality standards, food safety requirements, and operational KPIs are consistently achieved.Key responsibilities include:Leading and supervising production operators across the night shiftEnsuring production schedules are executed safely, efficiently, and on timeMonitoring and improving performance through OEE, scrap, downtime, and labour efficiency measuresDriving compliance with WHS, GMP, HACCP, and company quality standardsManaging staffing, shift coverage, training, and team performanceCoordinating production start-ups, changeovers, and shift handoversEscalating and resolving operational, maintenance, quality,



and safety issuesSupporting continuous improvement initiatives that reduce waste and improve productivityMaintaining a positive, accountable, and high-performing team cultureAbout youTo be successful in this role, you will:Have 3-5 years' experience in injection moulding or a similar manufacturing environmentDemonstrate proven leadership and supervisory experience within a production settingPossess a strong understanding of Workplace Health & Safety, GMP, and HACCP requirementsBe capable of reading and executing production plans and schedulesHave strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skillsThrive in a KPI-driven environment with experience monitoring performance metrics such as OEE, scrap, and downtimeBe confident managing people, performance, and operational priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentDemonstrate initiative, accountability, and a commitment to continuous improvementDesirableExperience within food packaging manufacturingExposure to IQMS, DelmiaWorks, or similar ERP/MES systemsLean Manufacturing or Continuous Improvement experienceMechanical or process troubleshooting capabilityBenefitsExcellent remuneration package commensurate with experience and knowledgeGreat team environmentSecure, permanent, long term positionFantastic, supportive cultureDue to the volume of applications expected, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
