We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team at Westside Medical Centre in Port Macquarie.
You will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, compassionate care to patients.
We can accommodate a part-time position, offering the opportunity to work in a supportive, collaborative environment and contribute to the provision of excellent primary care services to the Port Macquarie community.What you'll be doingProviding comprehensive nursing care to patients, working collaboratively with the 15 GPs who practice at WestsideImplementing evidence-based nursing practices to ensure the highest standards of patient careAssisting with minor medical proceduresProviding wound care, immunisations, injections, and health screeningsCollaborating with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualised patient care plansProviding health education and promoting preventative care to patients and their familiesDemonstrating a strong commitment to patient‐centred care and contributing to a positive, team‐oriented work environmentWhat we're looking forRegistered Nurse with current AHPRA registration and experience in a general practice or community nursing settingAvailability to work on Tuesday, Thursday and Friday's.Robust clinical skills and the ability to work autonomously,



while also collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary teamExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and provide empathetic, patient‐centred careProven experience in managing a diverse caseload and prioritising competing tasks and demandsA commitment to ongoing career development and a willingness to contribute to the continuous improvement of nursing practicesFamiliarity with relevant legislation, regulations, and best practices in community and primary care nursingWhat we offerWe are committed to supporting the professional and personal growth of our employees.
