In this fast‐paced, high‐volume environment, you'll take the lead in coordinating scheduled works and project requests, working closely with trades and subcontractors while building strong, positive relationships with our clients.Key responsibilitiesAnswering calls – first point of contact for schedulingLiaising with clients to understand service requirements and updating scheduling contacts to ensure requests are metMaintaining the scheduling database by ensuring job details are updated regularly and scheduled services are undertakenLiaising with management regarding jobs and being proactive in providing solutions and resolutions where possibleManaging the updating of all scheduled works and further worksUpdating,
investigating and following up job queries/ gathering of information to ensure scheduling team have all available informationAbout youMinimum 1 year in a similar work coordination roleHighly organised with proven ability to manage high volumes of work, meet deadlines and prioritise conflicting priorities and projectsHighly developed communication and interpersonal skillsA high degree of initiative, takes ownership of issues and demonstrates a "can do" attitudeHigh attention to detail and ability to stay calm under pressureExperience using a variety of computer software packages including MS OfficeTeam player that can also work autonomouslyExperience in construction or maintenance would be highly advantageousCurrent driver's licenseBe willing to undergo a Police Check and hold/be willing to obtain a Blue CardAbout usProudly family owned and operated, Mathiou Services has grown into a trusted name in building and maintenance, with our head office located in Burleigh.
