Property Software Implementation ConsultantWe're looking for a passionate and driven Training & Onboarding Manager to join Rex Cirrus8 and play a key role in setting our clients up for success from day one.This role is all about delivering exceptional onboarding experiences, building strong client relationships, and creating engaging, high-impact training that drives long-term retention and product adoption.About the RoleAs our Training & Onboarding Manager, you'll lead the end-to-end onboarding journey for new clients, ensuring they feel confident and supported as they transition onto Rex Cirrus8.You'll combine training delivery, client relationship management, and project coordination to ensure every client has a smooth and successful go live experience.
You'll also play a key role in continuously improving our training programs and resources.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Onboarding & TrainingOwn the onboarding experience for new clients from kick off through to go liveDevelop and manage structured training plans tailored to client needsDeliver engaging training sessions both online and in personProvide ongoing training and support to ensure robust product adoptionClient Experience & Relationship ManagementAct as the key point of contact during onboardingBuild strong,
