This is a key leadership position responsible for ensuring the delivery of safe, effective and person-centred care while fostering a positive culture for residents, families and employees alike.If you're a passionate Registered Nurse leader who thrives on developing teams, driving quality outcomes and making a genuine difference in aged care, we'd love to hear from you.About the RoleAs the Clinical & Care Lead, you will be the senior clinical leader on site and a trusted partner to the General Manager.
You will oversee clinical operations, lead multidisciplinary teams, drive compliance and quality outcomes, and ensure residents receive care aligned to their individual needs, goals and preferences.You will lead a team including Registered Nurses, Care Coordinators, Clinical Nurse Educators and Care Staff, while providing hands-on support, coaching and guidance to ensure the highest standards of care.Key ResponsibilitiesClinical LeadershipProvide clinical leadership and oversight across the homeLead resident assessments,
care planning and clinical decision-makingMonitor clinical outcomes and drive continuous improvement initiativesSupport best-practice care delivery and evidence-based clinical practiceAct as the key clinical advisor for the facilityResident & Family ExperienceChampion person-centred care and resident choiceBuild robust relationships with residents and their familiesManage and resolve complaints with professionalism and empathyEnsure residents are treated with dignity, respect and compassionCreate an environment where residents feel safe, valued and supportedQuality, Compliance & GovernanceLead quality improvement activities, audits and compliance programsEnsure adherence to the Aged Care Quality Standards and legislative requirementsSupport accreditation readiness and regulatory complianceMonitor risk, infection prevention and workplace health and safety practicesContribute to operational planning and achievement of organisational objectivesLeadership & Workforce ManagementLead, coach and develop clinical and care teamsFoster a culture of accountability, engagement and continuous learningSupport workforce planning, rostering and resource managementManage performance, capability and professional developmentPromote collaboration across multidisciplinary teamsAbout YouYou are an experienced aged care leader with strong clinical expertise and a genuine passion for improving the lives of older people.
You lead from the front,
