We’re currently looking for a Optical Dispenser to join our Ringwood and Croydon practices. This opportunity would suit someone with at least 2 years of dispensing experience who enjoys building robust patient relationships, working with high-quality products, and being part of a supportive and skilled team.
What the Role Looks Like
You’ll be involved in:
Optical dispensing and tailored lens recommendations
Providing frame styling and eyewear advice
Creating an exceptional patient experience from start to finish
Supporting the day-to-day operations of the practice
Working collaboratively with a close-knit team
About You
You’ll bring:
Cert IV in Optical Dispensing
At least 2 years of optical dispensing experience
Previous independent practice experience highly regarded
Solid attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Confidence using practice systems, with Optomate experience preferred
