About the Role
As a Casual Team Member, you'll play an important role in creating a great experience for every customer while maintaining our high standards for food quality and store presentation.
Your Responsibilities
Deliver friendly and effective customer service
Prepare and serve fresh pretzels, drinks, and other menu items
Operate the POS system and process payments accurately
Maintain food safety and cleanliness standards
Restock products and keep the store well presented
Work as part of a supportive team during busy trading periods
We're Looking For Someone Who Is
Friendly, reliable, and enthusiastic
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Available to work weekdays, weekends, evenings, and public holidays
Able to work well both independently and as part of a team
Previous retail or hospitality experience is an advantage, but not required
