Job Summary:
We are seeking experienced Riggers and Boilermakers to join our team. Your primary role will be to safely erect and install structural steel on construction sites. Working closely with other Riggers, Boilermakers and Trade Assiastants, you will start your day at the workshop and travel to job sites in a company-provided vehicle.

Key Responsibilities:
Guide and install structural steel safely and efficiently.
Perform rigging tasks using appropriate techniques and adhere to safety practices.
Assist in assembling, dismantling, and positioning cranes and other lifting equipment.
Interpret drawings and execute lifting plans.
Communicate effectively with team members and site personnel.

About You:
Valid Rigger tickets or Boilermaker qualifications.
EWP 11m+ ticket
Experience in structural steel installation on construction projects, from entry-level to highly experienced.
Ability to read and follow engineering and lifting plans.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
White Card (Construction Induction).

Competitive hourly rates ranging from $40 to $55, depending on experience and qualifications.
Overtime opportunities, with 10-hour workdays and occasional Saturday shifts.
Temp to Perm role.
Penalties paid for overtime and weekends.
