Currently we have an exciting prospect for a Service Advisor, to join our Service Department located at Lilydale.

As the first point of contact between the dealership and our customers, your main responsibilities will include:
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers
Book and coordinate all aspects of vehicle servicing and/or repairs
Setting and obtaining service sales and profit objectives

Skills & Experience:
Customer service experience
Previous experience as a service advisor
Robust interpersonal and communication skills
Sound computer skills




Solid technical knowledge / understanding of the automotive industry (desirable)
Current National Police Certificate, or ability to obtain one prior to commencement
