Business Development Manager (BDM) – Solar & Battery Storage

The Role

Thisisatruebusinessdevelopmentrole—notaccountservicing.

Youwillberesponsibleforbringingnewinstallersonboard,activatingdistributorchannels,andgeneratingmeasurablesalesgrowthinyourterritory. Thisisaroleforsomeonewhoenjoysbuildingrelationships,closingdealsands

Youwilloperateindependentlyandberewardeddirectlyforthegrowthyougenerate.

Key Responsibilities
Identify,onboardandgrownewsolarinstallersandelectricalcontractors
Workcloselywithdistributionpartnerstodriveinstallersell-through
Convertinstallerinterestintorealsysteminstallations
Conductproducttraining,demonstrationsandonboardingsessions




Buildlong-terminstallerrelationships
Manageyourownpipeline,opportunitiesandterritory
Achievemonthlyandquarterlysalesgrowthtargets
RepresentESYSunhomeatindustryevents,tradedaysandinstallertrainingsessions

This role is available in Brisbane or Gold Coast.

About You
ProvenBDM,channelsalesorinstaller-facingsalesexperience
Experienceinsolar,electrical,energy,buildingorconstructionindustriespreferred
Strongcommunicationandrelationship-buildingskills
Highlyself-motivatedandabletoworkindependently
Commerciallydrivenandcomfortableclosingdeals
Abletomanageyourowntime,territoryandpipeline
