About your recent role
The Transformation Project Manager will be responsible for leading and facilitating end-to-end organisational transformation initiatives that align with the departments objectives and operating model. Acting as a business-focused coach and guide rather than a traditional, directive manager, the role involves building trust and guiding cross-functional teams, executive stakeholders, and external partners through complex changes.
While ensuring strong project governance, risk management, and delivery across scope, schedule, budget, and quality, the manager will place human-centred adoption, cultural shift, and business outcome achievement at the centre of all planning and execution.
