King Criminal Lawyers is seeking a part time Legal Secretary to join our team in Beenleigh, QLD. This is an excellent prospect to become an integral part of our legal practice. As a Legal Secretary, you will provide essential administrative and organisational support, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

This part‐time position offers flexibility whilst allowing you to contribute meaningfully to the success of our practice.

Key responsibilities
Answering phone calls with a professional and friendly manner
Scheduling appointments
High level of client communication
Opening and closing files
Managing the online diary
Assisting with the preparation of documents and correspondence
Client letters and correspondence
Submitting applications to legal Aid Queensland

About you
Experience in a legal receptionist or similar role required
Prior administration experience is required for this role




Professionalism and patience required due to regular client contact
