You will work alongside a team of four within the sales team which will continue to grow with opportunity to step into a leadership role.The Tendering Manager Role:Preparation of tenders, technical proposals and pricing schedules for bespoke engineering solutionsInterpret customer specifications, drawings and tender documentsConfirmation of compliance and identification of risksProduce clear cost estimates, aligning with company margins and commercial guidelinesManagement of BID deadlines and support negotiations and project managementThe Tender Manager Candidate:Experience in a similar role – tendering, proposals, bids, sales etc.
