One week you might be designing a telehealth operating model, the next optimising clinic workflows, developing scalable business systems, or helping clients prepare for growth.You'll combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution to deliver practical outcomes that make a real impact.What You'll Be DoingDeliver consulting projects from business concept through to clinic launch and growthDesign scalable telehealth and clinic operating modelsImprove operational workflows and patient journeysSupport business growth,
