This is an excellent opportunity for a creative professional who enjoys bringing brand campaigns to life through design, photography, video and event creative.About the roleAs our Creative Content Coordinator, you will play a key role in producing high-quality visual, video and design assets that bring the REIQ brand to life across campaigns, events, digital channels and organisational materials.
You will lead brand execution across graphic design, photography, videography, creative templates, event collateral and asset management, while collaborating closely with the Content Manager on written content and the Digital Marketing Coordinator on channel delivery and performance.Your day may includeCreating high-quality graphic design, campaign assets, presentation materials, signage and print collateral that bring the REIQ brand to lifeActing as day-to-day brand custodian, ensuring creative outputs align with our approved brand standards, layout, typography and accessibility expectationsAdapting creative concepts into digital, print, social, email,



presentation and supplier-ready formatsCapturing and editing photography and video at REIQ events and activities using Adobe Creative Cloud, including Premiere Pro and After EffectsDeveloping event creative requirements such as signage, screen content, presentation templates and promotional collateralFilming, editing and producing short and long-form video content, including campaign videos, event highlights, interviews and social media assetsCoordinating creative production requirements with external photographers, videographers, printers and merchandise providersDeveloping and maintaining reusable design guides, Canva templates, EDM visual guides and webpage layout guidance for recurring marketing needsMaintaining an organised library of marketing assets and design filesOur ideal new addition will haveExperience in graphic design, creative production, visual communications or a similar role, supported by a verified portfolio of workStrong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, including design, video and motion applications such as Premiere Pro and After EffectsAbility to capture, edit and produce quality photography and video content for campaigns, events, interviews and social channelsStrong understanding of layout, typography, visual hierarchy, accessibility, copyright, brand consistency and production ready artwork requirementsStrong file-management, asset organisation and quality control skills, with the ability to manage multiple briefs and deadlinesA team-oriented working style, ideally supporting marketing, events, membership or professional services environmentsA bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in a relevant field such as Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, Journalism or a related disciplineFor more information about the REIQ visit
