Following a recent acquisition by an international infrastructure investment company, we're entering an exciting phase of growth and prospect.The OpportunityWe're seeking a hands-on Workshop Manager to lead our Dubbo workshop.
This is a great opportunity to utilise your leadership skills and technical expertise within the heavy vehicle industry.In this role, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of the workshop and take ownership of the fleet under your control—ensuring all vehicles are maintained to the highest standards and in line with company policies, legislation, and manufacturer guidelines.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and support your team, fostering a positive and productive work environmentCoordinate rosters, training,



and performance management in collaboration with HR and senior leadershipOversee workshop administration and financial performanceMonitor performance and drive results against KPI targetsConduct quality checks and manage routine servicing requirementsManage tools, parts, and consumables inventoryAbout YouCertificate III in Heavy Commercial Vehicle Mechanical Technology (or equivalent)NSW Trade LicenceStrong diagnostic and repair skillsSelf-motivated with a solutions-focused mindsetMinimum Class C Licence (HR Licence, or willingness to obtain)Previous leadership experience within the heavy vehicle, truck, or diesel industry is highly regarded.
