Dadirri Disability Services provides supported independent living in a group home environment for people with disabilities.
Your role will be to assist our residents in achieving their full potential, and to help them attain their highest level of independency and integration into the community.Our group homes operate a 24-hour roster, 7-days a week, 365-days a year, therefore we can offer both day shifts and nights shifts depending upon your availability.
The position will begin as casual,
with part time contracts considered after a 12-month employment period.You will:Facilitate the residents personal development and community participationAssist in the effective day-to-day operation of our group homesPromote and maintain a healthy and safe environment for our residentsExperience working with people with disabilitiesDemonstrated communication and interpersonal skillsNDIS Workers Screening CheckAbility to work as part of a teamUnderstanding of EEO and anti-discrimination, WHS principles and commitment to ethical practicesUnderstanding of NDIS Practice StandardsCurrent First Aid and CRP CertificatePlease phone Annette Roberts on ************ for all enquiries.Be careful - Don't provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.
