The Chance
As Facility Manager, you'll take overall responsibility for the leadership, operations and performance of the Residential Aged Care home.
More importantly, you'll set the tone for the service.
You will:
Build, lead and mentor an engaged and accountable multidisciplinary teamDrive exceptional resident-centred care outcomesCreate a positive workplace culture where employees feel supported and valuedOversee workforce planning, staffing, budgets and operational performanceEnsure compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards and relevant legislationLead quality improvement, accreditation and continuous improvement initiativesBuild strong relationships with residents, families and the local communityWork closely with clinical and operational leadership to identify and address areas for improvementChampion quality, safety and excellence across the home

About You
You're an experienced aged care leader who knows how to balance compassion, clinical governance and strong operational leadership.
You'll bring:
Current Registered Nurse registration with AHPRALeadership experience within Residential Aged CarePrevious Facility Manager experience highly regardedStrong knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards and regulatory requirementsExperience managing compliance, workforce and operational performanceDemonstrated ability to lead and develop multidisciplinary teamsStrong quality improvement and risk management capabilityExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement skillsA proactive, resilient and solutions-focused approachA genuine passion for improving the lives of older Australians
