About the RoleThis is a leadership position for someone who genuinely loves hospitality and understands that exceptional service is about creating memorable guest experiences.You'll be responsible for:Leading and supporting the Front of House team during serviceEnsuring guests receive warm, professional and personalised serviceCoordinating effectively between restaurant, kitchen and bar teamsManaging service flow, presentation standards and operational efficiencyAssisting with rostering, timesheets and daily team supervisionSupporting inventory management, stock control and monthly stocktakesHandling guest feedback and resolving issues with professionalismTraining, coaching and developing team membersUpholding high standards of cleanliness, presentation and complianceDriving sales through upselling and strong product knowledgeContributing to a positive, high-performing workplace culture.
