We are rapidly becoming Australia's best-known IAM provider and a trusted partner to clients in Adelaide and across the country.About YouYou have a technical background in identity or cybersecurity, with experience across IAM, IGA, or PAM systems.
We welcome candidates with 1.5 to 6 years of experience, and the role will be shaped to your level.
You can engage clients effectively, communicate complex ideas clearly, and work both independently and collaboratively.You ideally have experience with:IAM platforms: Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, SailPoint, Saviynt, CyberArk, Delinea, Silverfort, CrowdStrikeCore IAM concepts: SSO, MFA, provisioning, HR-as-master, PAM, risk-based authenticationFoundations: Active Directory, Entra ID, Entra ID Connect, M365, device management and device authenticationScripting: PowerShell, Python, or similarBonus: exposure to SIEMs, SAP, SuccessFactors, Workday, ServiceNow,
and HR driven provisioning with Joiner, Mover, Leaver (JML) processesNot all of these technologies are necessary to get the job.
A willingness to learn new technologies is what we are after.Strong written communication is essential, as you'll be producing technical documentation and reporting progress regularly.
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset is key.Working RelationshipsYou'll collaborate closely with clients, project managers, technical SMEs, and security professionals to deliver end-to-end IAM solutions tailored to each client's needs.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and deliver IAM solutions aligned with client requirementsEngage stakeholders to gather requirements and assess environmentsCoordinate internal and external technical teamsCreate high-quality documentation (designs, plans, as-builts, test cases)Deploy, test, and support identity solutionsReport regularly on progress and time trackingExperience & Skills1.5 to 6 years in IT, ideally in Identity, Security, or Infrastructure domainsExperience with IDaaS (e.g. Okta, Entra ID) and PAM (e.g. CyberArk, Delinea, Silverfort)Solid understanding of IAM principles and access managementStakeholder engagement and customer-facing deliveryDesirable: familiarity with frameworks (NIST, SACSF), cloud (Azure, AWS, GCP), scripting, integrations (APIs, SCIM, database connectors), IGA platforms (SailPoint, Saviynt), and HR driven provisioning with JML processesTools: JIRA, Agile delivery methods, and common enterprise platformsSalary & BenefitsThe salary for this role is $100,000 to $150,000 + Super, negotiable based on your years of experience.
