In this role, you will lead customers through an exceptional customer service experience, guiding them to the decision that best meets their wants and needs.
You will work closely with your store manager, motor mechanics, tyre technicians and wheel aligners to deliver the best service to our valued customers, ensuring everyone leaves our store happy and with peace of mind driving.Your main day-to-day tasks would include:Attending to customers and providing exceptional customer experienceMotivating, encouraging and communicating with your teamBuilding and maintaining positive relationships with customersHandling and processing paymentsMaintaining sales, receipts and stock records StoreUtilise JAX inspect reports to guide and advise customers on maintenance,



service and repairs.Assist the Store Manager with the operation of the store.Stay up to date with new products/services/promotions.Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing.Manage incoming and outgoing store phone calls.About youCert II Automotive Management (similar, equivalent or higher).
