Peries IGA Supermarket Group is seeking a Customer Service team member to join our store in Edmonton, QLD.
This is a casual position that offers flexibility whilst providing you with an excellent opportunity to become a valued member of our retail team.
You will be the face of our supermarket, ensuring every customer receives outstanding service and support during their shopping experience.
This role is essential to maintaining our reputation for exceptional customer care and creating a welcoming environment for all who visit our store.What you'll be doingIn this Customer Service role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that keep our store running smoothly and our customers satisfied:Providing friendly, efficient and professional service to all customers at the checkout and throughout the storeProcessing customer transactions accurately using the point-of-sale systemAssisting customers with product enquiries, locating items and answering questions about our storeMaintaining a clean, tidy and well-organised store environmentRestocking shelves and displays with merchandise in a neat and attractive mannerHandling customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and care, seeking solutions where possibleFollowing company policies and procedures, including health and safety requirementsWorking collaboratively with team members to ensure the store operates efficiently during all shiftsSupporting promotional activities and in-store events as requiredWhat we're looking forTo excel in this Customer Service position,
