operations management, or project management in roofing.
Experience in broader construction will be considered, but a solid understanding of roofing projects is a mustAbility to lead a business unit, ensuring it's complete long term successPassionate about people, team performance, and staff developmentAbility to manage schedules and day-to-day operations, with strong planning and problem solving skillsFamiliarity of safety regulations and compliance standards, and how to implementStrong leadership, supporting our team of skilled technicians to complete projects efficiently and to a high standardAbility to manage a broad mix of different stakeholdersResponsibilities include:Lead and develop the Victorian Operations teamManage day-to-day and future planned operations of the teamSupport the team to deliver high quality work that meets client expectationsImplement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe work environmentEstablish and maintain positive relationships with clients, understanding their needs and expectationsCollaborate with the Sales team to ensure client needs are metManage subcontractors when neededWork with broader Roof & Building Service teamIdentify training needs and opportunities for project team membersProvide ongoing support and mentorship to foster professional growthEncourage a culture of continuous learning within the project team
