Builds are all in close proximity within housing estates, wholesale builds for Investor & 1st time home owners and no client contact.About YouTo be successful in this role, you will have great tenure with previous employers, proven ability to manage 20+ individual new home builds simultaneously, and deliver projects in time, on budget and at the highest quality.The RoleKey Responsibilities, Qualifications & ExperienceDaily Site Management from commencement to hand overAbility to read and work off detailed plansEnsure homes are made of quality standards and within timely mannerLiaise and co-ordinate supplies and materialsEnsure on-site compliance with WHS practices, policies and proceduresHigh level communicator, organised & attention to detailMinimum of 3+ years Supervisory experience with a Project Home BuilderQBCC Site Supervisor or Builders LicenseYou will be provided with a generous base salary, fully maintained vehicle + fuel + super.In closing, our client is well known for offering continuing career growth opportunities.
