You will be the first point of contact for our customers, helping to deliver outstanding service while supporting the day-to-day operations of the branch.This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a busy environment and is looking to build a long-term career with a stable and respected organisation.Working HoursFull-time position with flexibility to consider ongoing casual with a view to permanency)Monday to FridayApproximately 9:00am to 5:00pm (38 hours per week)In this RoleProvide exceptional customer service via phone, email and face-to-face interactionsWelcome customers and visitors at the front counterManage reception and general administrative dutiesHandle customer enquiries and resolve customer concerns professionallyFollow up customer accounts and maintain accurate recordsAssist with branch administration,
