This position offers the flexibility to work around your schedule and commitments.
You will be responsible for delivering high-quality first aid training and assessments to a diverse range of clients, ensuring they are equipped with the essential skills and knowledge to respond effectively in emergency situations.Your duties will include but not be limited to:Delivering engaging first aid training courses that meet industry standards and regulatory requirementsConducting thorough practical and theoretical assessments to evaluate the competence of traineesMaintaining accurate records and providing timely feedback to traineesStaying up-to-date with changes in first aid guidelines and regulations,



and incorporating these into your trainingEnsuring a safe and inclusive learning environment for all traineesAbout YouOur team of dedicated trainers and assessors are passionate about making a difference and supporting the growth and development of our community.Along with your strong work ethic and previous experience in a similar role you'll have/be:A current Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE*****, TAE*****, TAE***** or equivalent)A valid first aid and CPR qualification (HLTAID011 & HLTAID009 or equivalent)Proven experience as a first aid trainer/assessor, preferably in a vocational education or corporate training settingExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire traineesA robust understanding of first aid principles, emergency procedures, and workplace health and safety requirementsFull Australian work rights or permanent residencyA flexible and adaptable approach to meet the diverse needs of our clientsWhat we offerWe are committed to supporting our team and providing an environment where they can thrive, you'll enjoy:Flexibility to manage your own schedule while contributing to the success of our organisation.Competitive remuneration - Casual rate: $50-$55 per hour & Contract rate: $55- $65 per hourCollaborative and inclusive workplace culture.
