This greenfield project requires strong leadership, technical oversight, and an unwavering commitment to safety, quality, and compliance in a high-voltage, fast-paced construction environment.
Your Role & ResponsibilitiesAs the Senior Electrical Supervisor, you will lead all electrical works across critical project infrastructure, including:Team leadership - mentoring and managing trades personnel and subcontractorsDaily coordination - overseeing on-site operations and acting as the key link between project and engineering teamsSafety & quality enforcement - ensuring strict compliance with safety, environmental,



and quality standardsSite reporting - preparing accurate daily site reportsWork pack creation - developing electrical work packs from IFC drawingsMaterial Take Offs - completing MTOs from IFC drawings for crews and subcontractorsThis is your opportunity to play a pivotal role in a nationally significant renewable energy project while shaping the success of a major infrastructure expansion.About YouYou're a proactive, organised, solutions-focused professional who thrives in a high-performing, quick-paced construction environment.You will bring:Relevant electrical trade qualifications and certificationsMinimum 3 years' supervisory experience in the electrical industryExperience with ACONEX or similar construction project management softwareStrong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsWhy Join Genus?
