Learning and Capaibility or People Transformation professional who is comfortable operating at an enterprise level.You'll bring:Experience shaping learning or capability strategy within a large, complex or matrixed organisationStrong understanding of organisational capability and future workforce needsExperience developing capability frameworks and enterprise-wide learning approachesStrong understanding of contemporary learning approaches, including experiential and digital learningThe ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders across a complex organisationYou'll be someone who can think strategically, influence at an enterprise level and bring initiatives to life.Why this role?
