beautiful surroundings and a relaxed lifestyle while still offering access to everything the city has to offer.This role is ideal for an experienced early childhood leader who is looking for:A fresh professional and personal startA move to a growing and family-friendly communityThe opportunity to build and lead a new teamGreater ownership over the culture and direction of a serviceSupport with relocating to South AustraliaAbout the Opportunity As the founding Centre Manager, you will lead the establishment and successful opening of our new Mount Barker service.You will work closely with our Operations, Recruitment, People and Culture and Pedagogy teams to recruit your founding team, prepare the service for opening and create a welcoming environment for children and families.You will be responsible for:Leading the establishment and opening of the new serviceRecruiting, mentoring and inspiring a strong founding teamCreating a positive, inclusive and accountable workplace cultureBuilding meaningful relationships with children, families and the local communityEnsuring the service meets all regulatory, compliance and child safety requirementsManaging staffing, occupancy, budgets and overall service performanceSupporting high-quality Montessori education and practiceDriving continuous improvement across the serviceWorking collaboratively with the broader AMIGA support office teamAbout You You are an experienced early childhood leader who is confident building teams,



developing culture and managing the operational requirements of a busy service.You will ideally have:A Diploma or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education and CarePrevious experience as a Centre Manager, Director or in a comparable leadership role such as Assistant Director.Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework and National RegulationsA strong understanding of child safety and mandatory reporting responsibilitiesProven experience leading, mentoring and developing teamsStrong business, occupancy and financial management skillsExcellent communication and relationship-building abilitiesA calm, proactive and solutions-focused leadership styleA genuine passion for creating exceptional outcomes for children and familiesExperience opening a new service or supporting a centre through significant growth will be highly regarded.Why Join AMIGA Montessori?
