The RoleBelgravia Leisure is proudly managing the Indigo Shire pools which includes, Rutherglen, Beechworth, Chiltern, Tangambalanga and Yackandandah Pools.
We are currently seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Venue Manager to lead the team to deliver an exceptional guest experience at each of our seasonal regional pools.Key accountabilitiesManage and document all incidents and accidentsDevelop and create staff rosters four weeks in advanceMaintain merchandise and cafe stockMaintain the pools according to health regulationsDeliver excellent service and quality to customersLearn about and adhere to all company policiesFollow the law and all reasonable company instructions and directivesPerform other duties as required by the companyMaximise business growth and resultsIdentify and address performance gaps in operating standardsMake appropriate decisions in-line with business standardsThis is a seasonal pool which operates November **** to March ****About YouYou will be a truly seasoned and professional manager, who leads with vision and energy.
