We take a genuinely person-centred approach in everything we do, guided by our values ofL = Living our best lives,M = Meaningful collaboration,E = Empathy; andC = Continuous improvement.About The RoleWe're looking for an experienced Registered Nurse to provide clinical leadership and hands‐on nursing care to NDIS participants with complex health needs.
Working on the ground alongside our support worker teams, you'll get to know the people you support and play a genuine part in improving their quality of life.This role suits a nurse who wants more autonomy in how they work, real relationships with participants,
and the satisfaction of making a tangible difference every day.What You'll DoConduct comprehensive health assessments and develop individualised care plansTrain staff in and oversee medication managementProvide clinical supervision and support to support workers and the wider teamMonitor participants' health status and report changes to the medical teamSupport the onboarding of new participants and review care plans as needs changeIdentify, investigate and manage clinical incidents in line with policy and do NDIS reporting where requiredLiaise with participants' medical teams, families and other stakeholdersTravel to SIL, SDA and participant homes to deliver hands‐on careMaintain accurate, timely clinical documentation and NDIS reportingRequirementsNursing qualification with current AHPRA registration as a Registered NurseSound understanding of NDIS requirements and managing complex health needsExcellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with participants, families and team membersCurrent First Aid and CPR certificationValid driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicleYellow Card, Blue Card and Police ClearanceFlexibility to work hours that meet participant needsBenefitsCompetitive salary based on experience and qualificationsEmployee Assistance ProgramGenuine opportunities for growth and developmentA supportive, values-driven team that invests in its peopleLME Care Services Pty Ltd | ABN: ************** | Suite ******* Logan Road, Woolloongabba QLD **** |
