This is a full time position reporting to the Project Manager.
Duties will include;Preparation of job packsReport directly to on site services manager/ project managerNegotiation with suppliers and procurement of materials and servicesCoordination of site and workshop activitiesManagement of processes to ensure project and contractual deliverables including time, cost, quality, and scope requirementsPreparation of HSE and Quality compliance documentation,



Control and assurance of the safety and compliance of all onsite and workshop scopes and work crewsEnsure safety of all employees and contractors working in operating unit or department by driving continuous improvement towards a true safety cultureBe able to make decisions based on knowledge and experienceManage and capture workforce hours and productivityApplicants must have:Minimum 5 years' experience in Supervision of Mechanical & Engineering Scopes in an Oil and Gas, Mining, or Industrial environmentMinimum of a Nationally Recognised Trade qualificationProven Leadership, Team Management with a positive can-do attitudeGood problem-solving skillsA demonstrated solid commitment to Health, Safety and Environment
