You will:Lead, coach and motivate your team every dayRecruit, train and develop your Seoul MatesDeliver exceptional Guest service with every visitKeep the restaurant running smoothly, safely and efficientlyManage labour, stock and food costs to achieve business goalsMaintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness and food safetySupport your team during busy service periodsCreate a positive,
