We are looking for experienced Project Managers to join our Townsville team.
In this role, you will lead the delivery of individual projects from pre-contract phase through to handover.
You will be responsible for coordinating subcontractors, managing procurement and cost control, monitoring program schedules, and ensuring WHS and quality compliance on-site.Your role will ensure all projects comply with company policies, procedures, and quality standards throughout the entire project lifecycle.The Key Responsibilities Will Include But Not Limited ToManage multiple projects simultaneously across planning, design, and delivery phasesOversee and control project budgets, timelines, resourcing, and cost trackingPrepare project programs and schedules, and monitor progress against deliverablesAct as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholdersLead and coordinate multidisciplinary project teams, assigning responsibilities and monitoring performanceProvide clear and timely updates to the General Manager and key stakeholders on project progress, risks, and changesEnsure all projects are delivered in accordance with PlanPac's Integrated Business Management System (IBMS), meeting quality, safety, and environmental standardsParticipate in business development activities and support the identification of new project opportunitiesEnsure all documentation, reporting,



and compliance requirements are met throughout the project lifecycleTo Be Successful, You Will HaveProven experience in managing and delivering multiple complex or development projects from inception through to completionStrong leadership capabilities, with the ability to motivate and manage cross-functional teams across multiple project phasesExceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with a client-focused mindsetHigh-level financial acumen, including experience with budgeting, forecasting, and cost managementStrong understanding of contract administration, and compliance processesProficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Total Synergy, or equivalentExcellent problem-solving and risk management abilitiesIn-depth knowledge of WHS, environmental, and quality assurance standardsAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and ExcelTertiary qualifications in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related disciplineDemonstrated ability to work in dynamic environments with competing priorities and deadlinesAs the successful candidate, you will demonstrate solid leadership capability, proven relationship building and people management skills, complemented with well-developed communication, interpersonal and influencing abilities.
