You do not need a background in formal training, adoption or change management, and you do not need to come from IT.
What matters most is that you know Xplan well and genuinely enjoy helping other people learn it.This is a outstanding next step for a paraplanner, client service officer or adviser support professional who has reached the point where they are the person everyone asks for Xplan help, and who would like that to become the job.What you will bringStrong, practical Xplan experience is essential (WealthSolver, Risk Researcher, Xtools+ and the wider suite)A genuine interest in teaching, coaching or helping others learnSolid understanding of the advice process and how Xplan supports itClear communication and patience with learners at every levelComfort adapting your approach across different teams and business modelsWhat you will be doingDeliver Xplan training tailored to different teams,



roles and skill levelsWork with stakeholders to identify training needs and build practical learning materialsRun workshops, webinars and one on one coaching sessionsTranslate Xplan functionality into simple, actionable guidanceSupport teams after go live so the confidence and capability stickNice to haveExperience in a formal training, change or learning and development role is a bonus, not a requirement.
