You may not have supervisor or managerial experience in the past but are ready to impart your knowledge and experience with your colleagues.The RoleThere's 3 main components to this role;Managing other accounting staff membersCompleting works for and liaising with clients; andWorking with the owners of the firm on a range of servicesTasks & responsibilitiesManagement & on job training of accounting team, from start of job through to final partner reviewsReview of Financials, Tax Returns, BAS's and IAS's produced by staffPreparation of Financial Statements & Income Tax Returns for Individuals, Partnerships, Companies and TrustsProvide ad hoc accounting, taxation and bookkeeping support to clientsLiaising with clients and third partiesQualifications & experienceDegree qualified with completed or close to CA/CPA qualificationMinimum 5 years of Australian taxation & business service experienceExceptional verbal & written communication skillsAbility to train junior staff membersLogical problem solving & analytical skills
