Working closely with Executive and Head Chefs, you will ensure service standards, compliance requirements, and budget targets are consistently achieved while maintaining a safe and positive workplace culture.Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily catering and hospitality operations.Lead, mentor, and develop catering and food service teams.Prepare and manage staff rosters to meet operational requirements.Monitor food quality, presentation, and service standards.Control food costs through effective ordering, storage, and stock management.Maintain accurate records, reporting, and financial processes.Manage customer feedback and ensure timely resolution of issues.Oversee POS systems, pricing updates, and menu changes.Deliver and coordinate staff training programs to support ongoing service excellence.Ensure compliance with safety, food handling, and contractual obligations.About YouTo be successful in this role, you will bring:Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar hospitality or catering management position.Strong knowledge of hospitality and catering operations,
