This is an exciting opportunity in which you will shape and enhance business processes, drive the adoption of technology, automation and business improvement initiatives, and contribute to firm-wide improvements.
You'll be part of a collaborative, forward-thinking team where your expertise is valued and your contribution has a lasting impact on the way we operate and deliver for our clients.Your RoleSupport the planning, implementation and continuous improvement of firm wide technology initiativesConfigure, maintain and support key business systems and automation tools, including low code/no code platforms used to build and connect workflows and document productionTroubleshoot system and process issues across multiple applications and platformsDeliver training and system support to staff and clients, explaining technical concepts in a way that is transparent and accessible to non-technical usersMaintain and develop document automation, precedents and workflow solutions using a range of technologiesDesign and improve user experience across business systems,
workflows and forms so that solutions are intuitive and easy to adoptLiaise with technology vendors, consultants and internal stakeholders to support successful project deliveryProvide a high level of service to internal stakeholders and promote continuous improvement across systems and processesLead and coordinate assigned technology projects, including system upgrades, enhancements and business improvement initiativesKey projects include:Project management of Aderant Expert (AE) Version UpgradesMatter Management System coding, enhancement, ongoing development and troubleshootingDriving adoption of business systems, including training, implementation, ongoing support andmaintenanceSupporting and driving adoption of AI and automation initiatives across the firm.About YouTo be successful in this role, you will have:Experience in a Business Systems Analyst, Applications Analyst, Business Analyst or Training positionStrong project coordination or project management experienceSound business acumen paired with genuine technical ability.
You understand how the business operates and can translate that into practical, well built systemsA versatile, curious approach to learning new systems and technologies quicklyExcellent analytical, troubleshooting and problem solving skillsPractical experience building workflows and automations using low code/no code tools (forexample Power Automate, Power Apps, or similar platforms), and an understanding of how toconnect systems and processes togetherA strong sense of user experience (UX)
