The RoleThe Dementia Support Coach delivers practical, evidence‐based support to enhance the quality of care for people living with dementia.
The role focuses on hands‐on coaching, modelling and mentoring of carers and care teams to implement person‐centred, relationship‐based strategies.
Working collaboratively with consultants and multidisciplinary teams, the Coach supports the translation of recommendations into everyday practice, responds to complex situations, and ensures care approaches are tailored to individual needs.
Robust communication, empathy, professional judgement and autonomy are central to the role, alongside a commitment to continuous learning, quality improvement and best‐practice dementia care.This role is offered as a Fixed Term Contract until March **** and is based out of Coffs Harbour or Lismore in NSW.BenefitsMarket leading remunerationSalary packaging: $15,900 annually for living expenses,
