As our firm continues to grow, we're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable Officer to become an integral part of our finance team.If you're someone who enjoys working with numbers, takes pride in accuracy, and loves providing exceptional service, we'd love to hear from you.What You'll Be DoingIn this varied and rewarding role, you'll be responsible for:Managing the firm's Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable functionsProcessing supplier invoices and preparing payment runsIssuing client invoices and monitoring outstanding accountsFollowing up overdue accounts and working with clients to establish payment arrangements where requiredCompleting bank reconciliations and allocating daily receiptsMaintaining accurate financial and client recordsAssisting with debtor management and credit controlPreparing and lodging Business Activity Statements (BAS)Liaising professionally with clients,
suppliers and our internal teamProviding general finance and administrative support as requiredAbout YouWe're looking for someone who is:Experienced in Accounts Receivable and/or Accounts PayableHighly organised with exceptional attention to detailConfident using accounting software, with Xero experience highly regardedComfortable communicating professionally with clients by phone and emailAble to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlinesA proactive problem-solver who enjoys taking ownership of their workReliable, positive and committed to delivering excellent serviceExperienced within an accounting practice (preferred but not essential)Why Join Sofra Partners?
